Every morning, the lively market in Montalivet welcomes you - you can try the famous oysters and white wine from the Bassin d’Arcachon. On Wednesday mornings, you can visit the more typical fruit and vegetable market in Saint Vivien.
The Euronat naturist resort resort is situated on the Atlantic coast in Gironde between the bassin d’Arcachon and the Gironde estauary A stones throw from Soulac and it’s charming « côte d’Argent » houses and the Hourtin – Maubuisson lake with it’s ecology museum.
The Médoc region, rich in traditions, is equally home to the Famous Médoc wines, well known by all wine-lovers. Along the Médoc wine circuit, you can discover and taste the authentic vintage wines.
Finally, the city of Bordeaux,listed as a UNESCO world heritage site for it’s 18th century Architecture, is well worth the visit. The climate in this little corner of the Gironde is mild and temperate, the fresh air charged with iodine is ideal for relaxation and revitalization.
